I believe in challenging others to think differently and the status quo (Sinek, 2009). As our current generation of students go through life, they will be exposed to technological advances as they further education or in the work force. So much so, students as young as fourth grade like to take control of their own work and creativity.

 

To keep this in aligned with my innovation plan, I want to challenge the status quo.  Students will be able to use their creativity as they go through the stages in the design implementation of their e-Portfolio. This process aligns the learners to create a rich learning environment and monitor their own progress in a technological-driven world.
